  • Customized or Pre-Order Items: Processing may take additional time; any delays will be communicated via email.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over COP $200,000.

  • Orders under COP $200,000: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply, shown during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  • We will work quickly to resolve the problem with the courier service.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Futura Club is not responsible for delays due to customs.
