1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags, seals, and protective stickers intact.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival:

Perfumes or fragrances (if opened or seal broken)

Earrings or body jewelry

Customized or engraved products

Gift cards
3. Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at devoluciones@futuraclub.com.co within the 10-day window, including:

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and send return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or defective items (if available).

If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or request a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in process and cannot be canceled.
